  2. This post is most helpful for our SM3 students. Withour our parents, far away from our homeland and familiar languange, we are more vulnerable. The week before last week, I suffered from a toothache. Only at that time when I had to make the painful decision to see a expensive doctor, had I realized that I shoud take care of my health mentally and healthly so as to save more time, money and effort. If you are unhealthy, your performance in school will be greatly affected! The whole weekend I was lying in bed and the toothache actually triggered a headache. Because of this, I left a lot of assignments to the next week which damaged my sleep.
